Frequently Asked Questions

1. What are our Terms & Conditions?

We accept PayPal or Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Payment is required at the time of order, or you may send us a check or money order, in which case shipment will occur as soon as payment clears. All material is guaranteed and we honor a 30 day return period for full refund (items returned must be in original packaging and in the original condition as ordered). Contact us for special terms including layaways, dealer discounts, large volume transactions, etc. and we will accommodate special needs. All prices and transactions are in US Dollars.

2. What are our Shipping Costs?

All orders will have postage and handling fees added which are shown in the shopping cart. We ship all orders using the United States Postal Service.

We automatically insure all domestic US orders over $100 at no additional cost to you. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain destinations restricted by US law, or known as fraud high-risk areas.

3. Is your information kept Private?

Yes. Molnar's Stamp and Coin does not share or sell our mailing lists or any customer information with any other agency or company. If you do not wish to use the web store payment options, please email or phone us to handle your order. Customer confidentiality is our utmost concern.

4. Do you offer Discounts?

Yes. All Stamps are currently discounted by 20% off our already low prices, Country Collections by 70% off Scott. For special orders or very large volume orders, please email or phone our store. We offer among the most competitive pricing available, and our discounts are generous.

5. Are your illustrations always for the actual item, or illustrative examples?

Most of our illustrations are the item you are actually purchasing, however we do use illustrations of more common items as representative examples rather than attempt to create a separate illustration for every item. For multiple items using the same illustration, the quality/grade is always as specified in the item description. For certified coin slabs, the item is always as illustrated.
